What is Nubi?+
A desktop AI companion that brings conversation, connected models and permission-based desktop tools into one place. The current Windows build is an alpha; capabilities and limits are shown before you act.
Does a subscription include AI credits?+
No. Nubi uses the AI connections you provide. Your model provider sets its own prices, quotas and access. A subscription pays for Nubi, not for unlimited AI usage.
Can I try it first?+
The subscription service is designed to include five task starts per account. A started task consumes one trial use, including a task stopped after it begins. The 0.10.0 alpha requires the production account service to be configured before pairing or task use.
Will Nubi act without permission?+
Desktop control is off until you turn it on. You can stop with the Stop button or Ctrl + Alt + Q. Sensitive actions may need a review. Stop cannot undo a message already sent or a file already changed.
Can Nubi manage every social network?+
It can help use supported websites through desktop control when you are signed in. Official API connections depend on each platform’s registration, approval and supported actions. Website access and an OAuth connection are different.
Does it work when my computer is off?+
Local desktop tasks need your computer running. An independent bot requires its own deployed worker or hosting. Creating a bot package does not deploy it.
Which languages can I use?+
The interface is English. Conversations can follow the language you use, including Persian, depending on your connected model. Right-to-left chat text is supported.
Which crypto payments are planned?+
Native USDC on Ethereum, Base, Polygon PoS and Solana. You verify your sending wallet, choose a network, and pay the exact invoice amount. Exchange withdrawals and unsupported tokens are not auto-credited.
Is Nubi available for Mac or mobile?+
The current downloadable alpha is for Windows x64. This website works on mobile. Mac and mobile desktop-control clients are not available.
