Terms of use

A clear understanding before we begin.

Prepared 9 October 2026 · Production launch review pending

The service

Nubi is an AI desktop companion under active development. Available features, model compatibility and service limits are described in the app and website. Alpha software may fail or change; no result or uninterrupted service is guaranteed.

Your responsibilities

Use accounts, files and services you own or are authorized to access. Keep credentials private. Review important outputs and actions. Do not use Nubi for unlawful activity, unauthorized access or violations of a third-party platform’s rules.

Models and external services

Your AI provider bills its usage separately and controls model access and quotas. Nubi does not include unlimited AI credits. Social services can limit or revoke API and website access.

Plans and trial

When enabled, the account trial includes five task starts. Plans purchase 30, 90 or 365 days of access to available features. A started task consumes a trial use, even if stopped. No automatic wallet debit or automatic renewal occurs.

Payments

Only invoices created inside a signed-in account are eligible for automatic payment verification. Send the specified token, exact amount and network from your verified wallet. Network fees are separate. Unsupported or mismatched transfers require support review and may not be recoverable.

Control and safety

Desktop access and reviewed commands can change files and accounts. Stop does not undo completed actions. Nubi cannot guarantee that an AI output is accurate or that software running on a user-controlled computer cannot be modified.

Support and changes

Contact nubi.help@gmail.com about access, support or refunds. Changes to material service terms will be communicated on this website. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Final operator identity and jurisdiction details must be reviewed before paid launch.
